ORIGINS SOUND SYSTEM

Origins is a 100% hand made Roots/Reggae sound system, created in 2015. Selector Systematic who single handedly built the sound, was drawn to sound system culture while living in the Uk for more than a decade. When he returned to Athens, he brought along his record collection and his passion for Reggae sound systems. The sound of Origins is a mix of original Roots and Uk style dub , all played by a single turntable, enriched by various fx and dub sirens.
Origins is the 3rd member of Athens Dub Conference, along side Irie Action and Dubwise Hi-Fi. In the sort time its been running, Origins has hosted many events and collaborated with many artists from the local and international scene. The list of international artists includes Roots Sensation, Mighty Prophet (Higher Regions), Liam Partial (Partial Records), Lord Ambassador, Shere Khan and Channel One.
