About
Roots crew sound is the first ever Reggae Sound System build on the island of Cyprus in the year 2000.
A foundation Roots sound system based on the island of Cyprus in the Mediterranean sea. Its concept and creation is highly influenced by the underground Roots Reggae sound systems of the 90’s in the UK.
Roots Crew Sound System has been selecting Reggae and Dub music from their Vinyl collection since the year 2000 with the aim of promoting the conscious message against colonial oppression, racial discrimination and also celebrating human rights, freedom and equality.
